From The Washington Post: U. Missouri president resigns over handling of racial incidents

The president of the University of Missouri system resigned Monday amid escalating protests over racist and other bias-related incidents on campus and concerns about how he responded when members of the community showed outrage.

At a special meeting called by the Board of Curators, the university system’s governing body, Tim Wolfe announced Monday morning that he would step down immediately.
